PC Repairs - No Fix, No Fee

We have extensive experience of PC fault-finding and resolution, and we don't charge excessive fees. We have no call-out charge. If we can fix your system then we charge £10 per hour in our workshop or £12 per hour on-site, whether the fault is with hardware or software. If we cannot fix the problem then we do not charge! We will give you a full fault report and a quotation before proceeding. Any new components are warranted for 1 year. Our repair service includes Virus & Malware removal and Data Recovery (where possible).

Servicing & Maintenance

Periodic maintenance can significantly reduce the risk of computer failure and improve performance. Our Service includes a system health check, redundant data removal, threat assessment, virus scan & removal, unsolicited application & spyware removal, software & HDD optimisation, clearing system airflow, internal cooling fan check & service and general physical cleanup - at £20 for a standard service. We can also offer annual maintenance contracts - price quotation on request.

Network & Internet Setup

We are experienced in networking and can assist in getting you going on the internet or home networking. We stock network devices and can configure for you and help with operation. We have installed wireless and wired networks within premises in both homes and businesses. It can be surprisingly easy to share a broadband connection between more than one computer.
